Builder & Director

Nathan is a hands-on builder whose priority is quality and craftsmanship. He surrounds himself with a family-based team that keeps every build professional and on track from the first pour to the final handover. A father of Three and married for thirteen years, Nathan understands firsthand the values a family weighs when choosing to build their home — and it shows in the care, communication and attention to detail he brings to every project.

Jessica

Co-Founder & Partner

Jessica is co-founder of Refine Built and Nathan's partner, working alongside him to bring every build to life. While Nathan leads on site, Jessica takes care of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the business and each project running smoothly — from client communication and coordination to the countless details that make building a home feel seamless. Her warmth and quiet dedication mean clients always feel supported throughout the entire journey.

Jacquie

Contracts & Administration

Jacquie keeps Refine Built running smoothly behind the scenes, taking care of contracts and supporting the day-to-day administration that keeps every project on track. With a meticulous eye and a calm, organised approach, she ensures the paperwork, schedules and communications flow effortlessly — so the team can stay focused on building to the highest standard.

Ted

Head of Sales

Ted is often the first friendly face clients meet. As Head of Sales, he takes care of the meet-and-greet that kicks off every Refine Built relationship — listening carefully to what you're hoping to build, understanding your vision, and guiding you through the early stages with warmth and honesty. His genuine, down-to-earth approach means clients feel comfortable and confident from that very first conversation.

Jett

Leading Hand Carpenter

Jett is Refine Built's leading hand carpenter — a true craftsman who takes quiet pride in every cut, joint and finish. He keeps a clean, tidy and well-organised site because he believes a well-run site is the foundation of a high-quality build. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way show up in the standard of workmanship clients see throughout their home.
